Buti Yoga is a fast-paced full body workout that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high intensity workout. Founded by Bizzie Gold, an LA-based celebrity trainer, Buti Yoga utilizes spiral movements from the core to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the abdominal wall. Power yoga is a flow yoga class combining stretching, strength training and meditative breathing. This is a challenging, fast-paced class that provides an intense sweat producing aerobic workout with the intent to increase strength, flexibility and balance. This class will empower and invigorate you by increasing confidence and openness to new possibilities. It is designed for intermediate to advanced level and not recommended for beginners. Restorative Yoga helps bring the body back to a healthy state by reducing stress and discovering a more blissful state of mind.
This class is an all levels mixed format of yoga and barre dedicated to help yogis add strength to their upper body using weights and resistance bands without losing the fluid motion of a yoga practice. The first 30 minutes is dedicated to a breath to movement power flow followed by 20 minutes of strength training with dumbbells and bands. You will have the opportunity to practice inversions, arm balances, and peak poses. This class will end with a cool down and a 1-minute savasana.Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.
