Join us as we team up with Jessica Williams to bring you WERK: A Body Love Experience.  

We will begin with a WERKout: 30-min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Workout) led by Robin Channell and then follow up with WERKshop focused on body love led by Jessica Williams.  The intent of this workshop is to learn to love where you are and embrace your body.  

WERK (Work, Embrace, Respect, Know) Your Curves: How to push past your inner fears and demons to access your inner glow for life!WERK Your Curves is all about creating a safe space to share your challenges, the things you desire to change and to embrace the person you are! It is also a service to create a liaison between lifestyle brands, fitness brands and social life that makes sense for the individual. April 21 | Calisthenics Pop-Up Class

We are flipping upside down for this Calisthenics Pop-Up Class with Hunter Clanton!  Learn calisthenics basic movements in this 1-hour class as Hunter shows us proper form and technique for Push Ups, Pull Ups, Squats, Sit Ups, Dips. Walk away from this workshop knowing proper form on all of these exercises and progressions to work into mastering the basics. BONUS! Learn handstand progressions, as well. Learning to be inverted will benefit you in any sort of practice such as calisthenics and yoga.
