Indoor Cycle

A 45-minute, non-stop, high intensity workout where the party starts the minute your feet hit the pedals!  Burn through the calories and be prepared to sweat to high energy beats of hip-hop, rock, pop and techno!  All fitness levels welcome. Be sure to bring a towel, water and cycle shoes if you have them!  No cycle shoes - no problem, pedals are dual sided to accommodate SPD clips or non-cycle shoes.
