A 45-minute, non-stop, high intensity workout where the party starts the minute your feet hit the pedals!  Burn through the calories and be prepared to sweat to high energy beats of hip-hop, rock, pop and techno!  All fitness levels welcome. Be sure to bring a towel, water and cycle shoes if you have them!  No cycle shoes - no problem, pedals are dual sided to accommodate SPD clips or non-cycle shoes.  

Ride + Restore

Ride to the beat for a 30-minute, non-stop, high-intensity ride where the party starts the minute your feet hit the pedals! Inspired by BMX, Mountain, and Road biking, be prepared to add in arm presses, hovers, and hill breakaways to name a few, giving a true cross-training ride.

Burn through the calories, sweat it out, and finish the class with 30 minutes of revitalizing yoga on the mat. Restore your body and mind with stretches and posture to promote breath awareness, improved athletic performance and protection from injury. Detox your body and detox your mind in this one-of-a-kind cycle yoga fusion class set to improve your respiration, energy and vitality.
