The workout consists of small precise movements focusing on developing lean muscle and increasing flexibility. This low impact class utilizes stationary ballet techniques that strengthen the core and sculpt the legs and booty. Barre Bootcamp Barre Bootcamp is a hybrid barre class combined with high intensity cardio. HIIT, or high intensity interval training, has been proven to burn fat faster than steady state cardio. This is a great class for those that love barre but looking for fat blasting cardio to see quick results. Be sure to bring a towel and a water bottle.
