Basic Barre class is sticking to the basics of barre combining Pilates, yoga, dance and functional training. The workout consists of small precise movements focusing on developing lean muscle and increasing flexibility. This low impact class utilizes stationary ballet techniques that strengthen the core and sculpt the legs and booty. This class utilizes hand rails, exercise balls, small hand weights and your own body weight throughout the class. Basic Barre is suitable for all levels of fitness. Bring a towel and water bottle.
BARRÉ (pronounced like rosé) is strictly a no dry shampoo workout. A 50-minute, full body, non-stop cardio party rooted to rhythm and based on the toning moves of ballet. Hair flips are encouraged and woo-ing is welcomed while you get lost in the beat, sculpt muscles, burn calories, improve flexibility, correct posture and bring positive vibes.
All levels are welcome but tucking is not. Get ready to sweat while you barre to the beat!
It is suggested to bring a towel and water bottle. Mats are provided. Barre socks are welcome but not required. No shoes needed.
